Dodd Group was awarded the complete design and provision of Electrical, Mechanical, door entry, satellite television and data services including patch panels.

This was a new development of 240 luxury flats and penthouses in the heart of Birmingham, which included refurbishment and new build.

With a ten month programme, including an initial 100 properties being first fixed and plastered within the first 8 weeks and residents taking occupation just 16 weeks later.

The development comprised 12 separate blocks, each having its own communal area linked via concierge for Fire, Security and Video Entry. A new High Voltage sub-station and Low Voltage main station were developed within the central core Car Park
