Rugby Leisure Centre is a two storey building which consisted of a main pool, a teaching pool, changing facilities, squash courts and sports hall on the ground floor.

On the second floor are gym facilities, offices, dance studio and viewing gallery for the main pool.

Achieving Part L compliance was a challenge for Dodd Group on this project.

This Biomass Energy sourced building had a 38 week programme period.
