Dodd Group completed the Mechanical & Electrical design, installation, commissioning and setting to work on a 62 bedroom Travelodge and 5No. retail units in Thetford Norfolk.
The mechanical installation consisted of domestic services, drainage, heating, ventilation, Building Management System (BMS) & Plant Room. The Plant Room housed a water bulk storage tank, 2No. x gas fired boilers, 1No. x gas fired combined heat & power unit (CHP), pumps, plate heat exchanger (PHE) & BMS panel.
The electrical installation consisted of main switch panels, sub main distribution, local distribution boards, small power & lighting, electric heating, fire alarm and security.
