Dodd Group carried out the mechanical and electrical services installation work at this prestigious development on Plymouth Hoe.

Azure comprises 109 two and three bedroom luxury apartments which are being marketed between £230,000 and £575,000 and has 5 levels of below ground car parking.

Warwick Univeristy Lakeside Residence

The project comprises the design installation and setting out of all mechanical and electrical systems for 700 student flats and self- contained accommodation for 50 teaching staff.

This includes the extension of the existing H.V supply, the extension of the existing mains water supply and the extension of the low pressure gas main.

Internal and street lighting, CCTV, Fire Alarm and Access Control were all installed in accordance with the client’s requirements.

The 12 month build programme was particularly intense with a phased handover.
