Due to continued expansion and exciting growth plans, we now have an opening for a Business and Administration Apprentice for our very busy electrical contracts based from our Nuneaton Office.

PLEASE NOTE - As part of our 'local for local' promise - applicants from the immediate Nuneaton Area (CV11 6RX) will be offered priority for this role.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who believes in hard work and the right individual will be given the opportunity for career progression within the company. You will be provided full training, support and mentorship by the management team.

Your new role

· Dealing with both inbound and outbound telephone calls

· Preparing and working with engineers diaries, chasing time sheets, filing holiday requests

· All aspect of general office administration

· Take ownership of certain projects

· Maintaining accurate records

· Ensuring standards of service are met

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships

Desired qualifications
