Case Study:

Almarai, Central Processing Plant Phase 2, Al-Kharj, K.S.A

Dodd Group and our sister company 3CL were successful in a combined bid to complete the design, installation and commissioning of the Electrical and Air Conditioning Systems for the construction of Almarai’s new phase 2 central processing plant. Our scope covers the complete air conditioning to process areas, comfort cooling to offices and laboratories, lighting, small power, low voltage distribution and the electrical relocation of the existing Utilities plant to a new central location. The installation is carried out to an exceptional standard mainly in stainless steel due to the Hygiene Standards of a food factory. The project is due for completion March 2005.

RNLI, Lifeboat College, Poole

The Royal National Lifeboat Institution's (RNLI's) new and highly specified Lifeboat College in Poole is the very first of its kind in the world. As such, it benefits from a wide range of advanced electrical and mechanical systems and services. This prestige project was completed by Dodd Group South under the direction of Roger Denham and opened by Her Majesty The Queen

Dodd Group's Northampton office are working to provide the mechanical and electrical services for the new 70,000 sq ft divisional headquarters for Hanson Building Products Ltd. at Stewartby near Bedford.
Using the Clients existing brown field land, this state of the art three story building project aims to meet the highest quality standards whilst maintaining a sustainable heart with the use of natural ventilation, ground source heat pumps system to provide the total heating and cooling demands of the building, emergency stand-by generator and UPS back up.

The project is due to complete in May 2009.
