Dodd Group was appointed by Galliford Try Construction toundertake the design and build for the MEP services on the Assembly Building Cproject. The project is a high end 11 storey office commercial building atapproximately 11,950 Sqm.
Our involvement on the scheme was to take the completed RIBAstage 3 design through the RIBA Stage 4 technical design and into stage 5 and6. Dodd Group partnered with CPW to assist with this phase of the design andany Part L, energy analysis required. The project has been designed in full 3DRevit to assist with co-ordination and the Architects aspirations.
Key elements of the project are as follows.
Full CAT A Installation
Energy source is provided via the Bristol Heating Network.
Office areas contain full open soffits requiring a fullsurface installation of the M&E services, with detailed co-ordination ofservices with the Architects Aspirations.
Integration of Systems with Assembly Building A which wascompleted Mid 2021.
City Centre development located within a restricted area.
