The project consisted of a Village Care Centre which includes 4no. Independent living units, 61 care bedrooms, 37no. 1 bed care suites & 2 bed care suites.
In addition to the above Village Care Centre there are 64no 2 bed apartments and 8no 1 bed apartments (72 in total) spread over 6 blocks. These are referred to as Independent Living Units.
The Care Centre has within, private dining rooms, destination sitting areas, casual sitting areas, day lounges, activity rooms, nurse stations, drug stores, admin office, sales office, main restaurant, meeting room, village manager office, waiting/sitting area, bar/café/lounge and wellness area
