Dodd Group (South) Ltd’s Southampton office has been appointed for the complete Design and Build MEP services to the 46 bedroom new Brooke Mead Extra Care Scheme in Brighton.
This project comprises a high specification 5 storey building with living accommodation, sustainable technologies, general living spaces and communal areas.
This new build project represents the council’s proactive approach to extra care schemes in the area and will be viewed as flagship building of which others will be modelled from.
