Dodd Group working with principle contractor, Wates Construction, completed the MEP installation on this prestigious Birmingham City Centre site.
Spread over 3 blocks, the project comprised the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Design and Build for 93 Apartments in Birmingham City Centre.
Mains Cold water, Hot and Cold Water to apartments, Heating and Ventilation, Fire Protection, Smoke Ventilation, Sanitary Ware door entry,
satellite television and data services including patch panels.
The project covered an 8 month programme of works incorporating 3 phased handovers.
All phases were completed on schedule.
