The new build college is a £5.5m construction project and includes teaching spaces, creative arts centre, a learning resource areas, a public cafe and a job centre plus for community use.
The 2,601sqm new facility includes all aspects of mechanical and electrical energy efficient systems such as photovoltaic panels, air source heat pumps, solar thermal for domestic hot water systems, natural ventilation and rainwater harvesting.
