Crownbridge School is a local education authority maintainedspecial day school, that educates children and young people with severe leaningdifficulties in the age range of 2 — 19 years.
Torfaen County Borough Council have commissioned a £6.85M,50 place extension to the existing school and DGL have been employed to deliverall MEP Services on this modern Nett Zero Carbon Building that is beingdeveloped in consideration of BREEAM Excellent qualifying criteria.
Our scope of work includes — New Electrical InfrastructureWorks, PV Installation, EV Charging, Power, Lighting, Specialist (sensory)Lighting, Life Safety Systems, Data, Access Control, CCTV, Security, ASHP,Heating, Ventilation, Sprinklers, Domestic Services, Environmental Control, andEnergy Monitoring Systems.
We are currently onsite and progressing work to facilitateProject Completion and Handover at end of August 2024.
