Crownbridge School is a local education authority maintained special day school, that educates children and young people with severe leaning difficulties in the age range of 2 — 19 years.
Torfaen County Borough Council commissioned a £6.85M,50 place extension to the existing school and Dodd Group was employed to deliver all MEP Services on this modern Net Zero Carbon Building which was developed in consideration of BREEAM Excellent qualifying criteria.
Our scope of work included — New Electrical Infrastructure works, PV Installation, EV Charging, Power, Lighting, Specialist (sensory)Lighting, Life Safety Systems, Data, Access Control, CCTV, Security, ASHP, Heating, Ventilation, Sprinklers, Domestic Services, Environmental Control, and Energy Monitoring Systems.
