Dodd Group was awarded first place on Lot 2 of the CWM2 Repairs and Maintenance Framework in March 2020 and is currently undertaking its first year as main contractor. With direct award being the framework mechanism for appointment, Dodd Group is now being contracted to complete Mechanical, Electrical and Building Fabric Repairs and Maintenance with 24/7 reactive services, Project Works valued below £25k, Planned Maintenance Projects and Planned Preventative Maintenance (statutory and non-statutory) covering mechanical & electrical equipment, building fabric, structural elements and specialist systems across the combined portfolio of Birmingham City Council and joining framework members.
Having now completed a comprehensive 124-day mobilisation for the framework, Dodd Group is currently delivering servicing, repairs and maintenance on circa 900 commercial properties and is working on a number of planned mechanical and building fabric projects
