Dodd Group was appointed to install the MEP services at Dorothy Pattison Hospital’s new inpatient facility at a Walsall mental health clinic. The new unit will have a 15-bed functional ward and a 10-bed dementia ward, both for older patients. It replaces the existing facilities
at Bloxwich Hospital, three miles to the north.
The project is designed to be rated BREEAM Excellent, using air source heat pumps and solar pv.
The project was procured through the P22 framework.
