Dodd Group’s South West Projects team completed the refurbishment and replacement of the MEP services within the existing town hall at Exmouth to allow phase one of the relocation of EDDC from The Knowle Sidmouth. The project involved the installation of the MEP services to a new three storey office comprising:

– Mains Distribution
– LV Installation
– Lighting
– External Lighting
– Data Installation
– Fire Alarm
– Access Control
The sensitive refurbishment of the town hall including retaining /refurbishing and modernisation of the antique natural ventilation system of the council chamber
