This new facility was built for The Emmanuel School Trust, a non-profit charity that manages educational facilities in London.

The school is part of the Beam Park residential development, which will deliver over 3,000 new homes for the area. The two form entry primary school will offer 462 places for learners and includes a 30-place nursery as well as a flexible Special Educational Needs learning space for twelve pupils.

The new building includes teaching spaces plus dedicated rooms for group activities and therapies. The school also makes a range of facilities available for wider community use, including the hall, studio, nursery and outdoor play spaces and a multi-use games area.

The school was designed to maximise sustainability with features to maximise natural light and natural ventilation, highly-insulated glass to support heat management, onsite solar panels to generate green electricity and heating which are provided by the Beam Park district heating system.
