Dodd Group has been appointed to install the MEP services to 4 x four storey blocks containing 104 contemporary residential units and a large basement car park for residents. The buildings are of a timber frame construction and they continue the philosophy for the whole site for sustainable buildings for the future.There are a number of phases on this large site which also featured on the T.V. programme Grand Designs where individual plots were sold to people to self-deliver their own builds.
