Dodd Group carried out the design, installation and commissioning of electrical and mechanical services to a new build Diagnostic Treatment Centre at Hinchingbrooke Hospital for the NHS Trust.

The DTC comprises of 8500 square metres of floor space over two stories  and includes Outpatients, Dermatology, Audiology, Dental, Ophthalmic, Endoscopy, Day Theatres, Interventional Radiology services as examples.

Involved linking into existing Hospital supplies for Oil / Pneumatic Tube / VIE Oxygen, although Electric Supply from new Sub-Station c/w generator back-up.

Areas included X-Ray / Scanning Facilities, Dental Facility, 8No Theatres (2No Ultraclean standard), Recovery bed area etc.

Potable water maintained by use of Tarn-Pure system.
