Dodd Group provided the MEP services for Torbay Council with Morgan Sindall to completely refurbish the existing building.
The MEP design was completed by Torbay Development Agency.
The mechanical services provided included air conditioning, ventilation, hot and cold water, sanitaryware and drainage systems.
The electrical installation comprised of lighting, complete new mains distribution and small power, fire alarm, CCTV and intruder alarm systems.
The project was completed on time and within budget.
