The 82 apartment care home and landlords area included, Dementia Areas, hair dressing, lounge, dining room, kitchen, multi purpose room and staff offices.
The project was completed within a programme period of 36 weeks.
It was a timber framed building and electrical heating was used rather than a conventional system.
