The Meridian Waterside development (phases 1&2) comprised the installation of MEP services to 96 properties in one of Southampton’s up and coming areas.
The MEP package included full services delivery of all internal, external, landlord and residential requirements.
This large scale housing project spanned 45 weeks and has transformed the former Meridian T.V. studios site.
Further phases of this significant development are presently being considered.
