Mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation and commissioning for the new build police investigation centre.  Centre consisted of search areas, reception, secure cells, staff welfare, and interview rooms along with general circulation areas.

The centre was built on stilts in order to overcome the risk of flooding and to provide additional car park areas.

BREEAM rating Very Good.
