Solihull Community Housing
Dodd Group have worked in partnership with Solihull Community Housing (SCH) since 2016, with the contract totalling a value of £10 Million Per Annum.
We work with SCH to provide responsive repairs, maintenance, and installation services to 10,508 properties across Solihull. These include housing, high-rise blocks, bungalows, sheltered housing, supported living schemes, temporary accommodation and office locations.
Our dedicated Partnership Manager Paul Davies oversees the contract, managing a team of skilled operatives and liaising closely with our Head of Retrofit and Building Services Daniel Camp, to deploy teams delivering planned and capital improvement works.
We promote a partnership methodology with SCH including Co-location in their offices, integrating our IT systems, dual branded fleet, joint training and added value workshops. Our combined efforts with SCH have led to innovative solutions and long-term success, reflecting our commitment to a successful contract.
