Dodd Group was responsible for the MEP installation at the new build 3 storey. 3265 Sq m Civic Centre that includes a library, café, council chambers, office facilities and public amenities

Over a 32 week programme we worked closely with the main contractor to achieve the best possible solution for the client including working to strategically position the central atrium to maximise daylight all year around reducing the artificial lighting requirements within the building.

The scheme included Mix mode ventilation with a natural overnight cooling solution as well as Thermal Hot Water and Rainwater Harvesting
