Dodd Group has been appointed to Kier Construction's Framework Delivery team for the development of the Aneurin Bevan Hospital site in Tredegar. This will house two existing GP practices working independently to provide general medical services. The facility will also house a community pharmacy, dental practice, social care and community service as well as third sector partner accommodation. 

The project is predominantly new build with exception of the integration of the historic Aneurin Bevan memorial entrance / reception.

The aim of the project is to deliver a modern and efficient building that utilises low carbon solution technologies. There is significant HTM compliance throughout.

The project is fully designed and coordinated in BIM where early first fix activities commenced on site in January 2023 with project completion targeted for September.
