Working with Wates Construction the project comprises the refurbishment of the University of Warwick Arts Centre. Working with the incumbent supply chain and specialist theatre companies, Dodd Group delivered upgrade works to the existing plant areas and substation and the total refurbishment of the existing theatre and back of house areas in conjunction with maintaining other linked areas which are still being utilised by the end user.
Dodd Group, working alongside Hoare Lea and in close liaison with the client's estates team, delivered these works over a 39 week delivery period.
