The Person:

• We are looking for an experienced Electrical Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Kings Lynn to continue to deliver outstanding service and make a real difference for our business.
• You will be electrically-qualified with significant experience of industrial or commercial work and possess a full clean driving licence. Additional qualifications are always advantageous.

Some details on the role:

Dodd Group requires an Electrical Design Co-ordinator to support the delivery of LV electrical works on utility, industrial and commercial sites across the region. The position is office-based but may require occasional travel across the region for meetings, surveys, etc.

Based at the King’s Lynn office, responsibilities will include:

• Assisting and producing electrical designs for a variety of projects including motor controls, electrical panel design and low-voltage distribution systems.
• Developing CAD schematics and electrical design documentation.
• Assisting in and carrying out procurement of equipment through commercial suppliers.
• Maintaining and updating engineering drawings and documentation on projects.
• Design in line with client standards.
• Liaising with system owners to gain experience in technologies such as programmable logic controllers, distributed I/O and instrumentation.
• Contributing to hazard analysis and risk assessment exercises.
