The Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Domestic Solar PV Supervisor to manage and oversee our contracts in East Anglia. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying sites, coordinating installations, and ordering materials to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

• Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements and feasibility.
• Coordinate the installation of solar PV systems, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Supervise installation teams, providing guidance and support throughout the installation process.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

The Person

• Proven experience in solar PV installations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of surveying practices and installation techniques.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Relevant certifications and qualifications related to solar PV and construction (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds).
