Dodd Group’s Bid and Estimating Team, based from our Solihull Office - require an enthusiastic and professional coordinator to support them with day-to-day tasks. The role will be diverse and exciting and present many opportunities for someone to support business development, bid and estimating activities. We are looking for: • Strong organisational skills • Ability to meet deadlines • Enthusiastic and engaged • The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload • The ability to accept and understand instruction • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality • A pleasant, confident telephone manner • Team working ability • Reliability and honesty • Project management skills Some details on the role: • Updating and maintaining CRM database • Update and maintain certification/accreditation portals • Administrative tasks for the team where required • Attend promotional events with the Business Development team • Maintain and update company sales/promotional literature • Arrange in-house and external events • Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts • Book meeting room facilities • Schedule and attend meetings • Proficient use of Microsoft Office packages, Excel, Access and Word • Deal with telephone and email enquiries In return: • We are offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience • 21 days a year annual leave (plus public holidays) increasing to pro rata 25 days after 3 years • Private Health Cover • Pension • Life Insurance.
