We now have an opportunity for an Administrator to join our friendly team, working on one of our prestigious contracts, based at our Quartz Point Office in Solihull. The Person As an integral part of the team, the ideal candidate will have the ability to work with team members as well as our engineers and clients, actively assisting with the necessary day to day activities required with delivery of a very busy and reactive contract. Skills required: • High attention to detail • Excellent communicator • Effective time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise your own workload Day to day general responsibilities: Passing jobs to the relevant Engineers or Sub-contractors Utilising Completion Reports to issue Invoicing Team or Contracts Engineers with folders Chase missing paperwork up from direct labour force or sub-contractors Scan in manual paperwork and upload to Client systems / Vixen Pass technical queries from Operatives / Sub-contractors to the relevant Contracts Engineers Take calls from clients, suppliers and Operatives Complete regular filing to ensure all electronic job files are up to date Offer administration support to Contracts Engineers, Projects Engineers, Compliance Manager, Senior Contract Support and Ops Manager Assist with the Contracts Engineers Work In progress reports Keep work planner up to date In return: • We are offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience • 21 days a year annual leave (plus public holidays) increasing to 25 days after 3 years • Private Health Cover • Pension • Life Insurance.
