Dodd Group (Midlands) now has an opportunity for a Commercial Administrator to assist with financial administration based at our extremely busy Stockport Office. The main purpose of the role is to assist with maintaining The Company’s high standards and have the ability to manage, develop and foster relationships with new and established clients and internal contacts. The Person: • Delivery of excellent customer service; • Excellent communication skills – confident with interacting at all levels • Time Management and Organisational skills • IT Literate • The ability to remain when under pressure. • A structured approach to working Commercial Administrator general responsibilities: Including but not limited to: • Chasing timecards and preparation of timecards for processing by wages team • Providing assistance with invoicing and supporting data and spreadsheets • Assisting with administration regarding project costing and project finance administration • Navigating and inputting data into client dashboards/portals • Maintaining well-ordered filing along with compilation and submission of payment applications and invoices, subcontractor and supplier invoicing • Your input into commercial strategies where needed.
