Our Eastern Division is expanding with more exciting projects on the way within Education, Health, Defence, Commercial and Industrial sectors. We are now seeking an experienced Commercial Coordinator to assist with delivery of these projects, working primarily from our Norwich Office; this is a fast paced and busy working environment, liaise with existing sub-contractors and for negotiating labour rates, updating contact details and existing sub contract KPI’s. You will manage the invoicing and oversee full delivery of the process; escalating complex issues within agreed service standards. You will be the first line of contact for general enquires associated with all income streams and to manage enquiry mailboxes, escalating to colleagues where appropriate • To ensure accurate database maintenance, raising purchase orders and processing invoices • Supporting the management of the pipeline data and to compile reports • To support appropriate Business Development activity • To work cross functionally and manage time and tasks effectively, escalating risks to ensure delivery of tasks • To provide reception cover as required • To maintain and contribute towards the continual improvement of office systems and procedures which enable the efficient and effective running of the organisation As the Commercial Coordinator you will liaise with and coordinate the team and sub- contractors to deliver works on time and on budget. You will oversee the investigation of complainants and respond to queries for clients, staff and engineers swiftly and effectively, offering resolution with minimum impact on service delivery. Qualifications: You will have previous experience of working alongside a team; previous experience in a finance department is useful. You will have the ability to prioritise your work and act on your own initiative if required. IT skills (basic packages) with an emphasis on Excel and strong communication skills are essential.
