The role:

This is an exciting role – offering a great opportunity to develop and grow into a Business Administration Lead or Supervisor, to join our very friendly and established team at our Head Office in Telford, offering central support to our national offices.

Additional training and continued support will be offered.

Initially starting to:

· Provide administration support where necessary to all users

· Learn about the different projects and how the BA team assist

· Learn the different areas of the business

· Learn about preparing reports, tenders, manuals and handbooks

· Learn about the appropriate policies in respect of GDPR / Health and Safety etc

· Learn to communicate and understand who are priority users.

Progressing to:

· Start to produce accurate records and documents including: emails, letters, files, payments, reports and proposals.

· Make recommendations for improvements and present solutions to management. Draft correspondence.

· Maintain records and files, handle confidential information in compliance with the organisation's procedures.

· Demonstrate proactivity and good judgement. Make effective decisions based on sound reasoning and be able to deal with challenges in a mature way.

· Builds and maintain positive relationships within their own team and across the organisation.

· Demonstrate the ability to influence and challenge appropriately.


· Good time management skills are imperative

· Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure

· Understanding of basic IT programmes (Word / Excel)

· Sense of humour essential!

· Ability to communicate comfortably at all levels.

· Flexible in approach to roles and responsibilities with a willingness to undertake tasks outside of their own role if required.

· Focused, motivated and enthusiastic.


· You need to have 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades D or above

· 3x GCSE’s grade A-D in any other subject

· A qualification in English is essential
