Crick Community Sport Centre

Dodd Group’s Northampton office has sponsored a football pitch atCrick Community Sports Centre in an effort to support their local community inNorthamptonshire. The centre has a special connection for Damion Pidgeon whohas been a UEFA LicensedCoach for the club since 2001.

Crick Community Sport Centre aims to deliver sport andfitness facilities for the community of Crick and surrounding villages. CrickCommunity Sports Centre is a CIO (charitable incorporated organisation) run bya team of trustees with representatives from the Senior and Colts FootballClub, Crick Lions Cricket Club and Crick Parish Council. The need for a localcommunity sports centre was identified as early as 2001. Construction commencedJune 2012 with the site becoming operational in 2016.

Dodd Group’s donation of £200 will help with the upkeepand maintenance of 6no pitches, 1no Floodlit MUGA and Pavilion ensuring itremains usable for Crick Athletic FC ,Crick Colts FC, Youth Hockey, Tennis,Fitness Clubs and the wider community to facilitate events/special occasions.
