OFFLOAD - Supprting bereaved fathers in the construction industry

At Dodd Group, people are at the heart of everything we do. That's why we're proud to announce a new partnership with Aching Arms and their OFFLOAD campaign, an initiative dedicated to supporting men in construction who have experienced pregnancy or baby loss. This meaningful collaboration reflects our ongoing commitment to the wellbeing of everyone in our organisation—both on and off site.

Loss of any kind can be incredibly difficult—and often, it's something we don't talk about enough. In our industry the pressure to "just get on with it" can make it even harder for men to process and to reach out for support. Offload aims to increase awareness of baby loss, support men in construction and create a culture where men can talk openly.

We were recently on site with BBC Midlands Today helping to raise awareness of "OFFLOAD", Thank you Kier Construction for allowing us to film on site at St Peters Collegiate Academy in Wolverhampton.
