Upskilling Success

Dodd Group has had a fantastic year with our internal upskilling programme. Over the past 24 months, we’ve seen a record number of colleagues take part, and our latest NVQ cohort are gradually completing their courses. We’re thrilled that so many have gone on to achieve Distinctions.

Our most recent success is the brilliant Emma Ladd from the Smethwick office in the Property Services Division. Emma is an integral member of our Commercial Team, and through sheer hard work and determination, she achieved a Distinction in Team Leading Level 3. We couldn’t be more delighted! Special mentions also go to Mark Guy, Commercial Director, who actively champions and supports our training program and encourages all his team to consider the NVQ program, and to Mike Arber, Commercial Manager, who acted as Emma’s mentor and guided Emma superbly throughout the programme—and was especially proud to present her certificate
