Anchor is England’s largest provider of specialist housing for seniors, offering retirement villages, care homes and specialist dementia care.
For more than 60 years, Anchor has operated on a not-for-profit basis and currently serves over 65,000 seniors. Residents are supported with free ‘Be Well’ initiatives promoting active lifestyles, social connection and digital inclusion.
Dodd Group provides servicing, responsive repairs and the replacement of domestic and commercial heating and hot water systems for over 18,500 properties across the North and South of England, including 450 schemes and 357 commercial sites.
