Dodd Group were awarded first place on Lot 2 of the CWM2 Repairs and Maintenance Framework in March 2020 and are currently undertaking our role as main contractor delivering a range of facilities management services to Acivico Ltd.
The works cover circa 900 commercial properties, including 90 schools and 450 corporate/public buildings and chiefly comprise:
- M&E servicing, repairs and maintenance
- Building Fabric repairs and Maintenance
- 24/7/365 reactive services
- Project Works (valued below £25k)
- Planned Maintenance Projects
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (statutory and non-statutory) covering mechanical & electrical equipment, building fabric, structural elements and specialist systems
Our social value contributions have included:
- 100% of contract team within 30 miles of delivery
- 5 adult learners on the contract are working towards Level 3 NVQs
- Supporting 7 trade apprentices
- 31 hours of volunteering to support local community projects
