Dodd Group recently completed the refurbishment of the 3rd Floor Laboratories at Plymouth University with Morgan Sindall to a Bailey Partnership design.
The project included the traditional MEP services and several specialist laboratory services including compressed air, salt water installations, Reverse Osmosis and Vacuum Systems.
In addition to the extensive gas installation associated with laboratories the complete main gas infrastructure was replaced to the 7 storey laboratory building as part of the contract.
The project was completed to a very compact summer timetable.
