This project consisted of a new build 2 storey primary school and an new build 2 storey boarding accommodation block on the site of the existing Wymondham College. The new build Primary School  consisted of new class rooms, mains hall, library, staff areas and other facilities. The new boarding block consisted of 8no bedrooms accommodating multiple pupils as well as communal recreations spaces, kitchens and dining areas.

Dodd Group carried out the full mechanical and electrical services external infrastructure and internal works on this project.

Dodd Group also contributed to Morgan Sindall's Social value initiative by introducing apprentices, engaging in pupil career activities and providing information regarding the construction works to pupils.
