New Build and Refurbishment. Girton College is one of the 31 constituent colleges of the University of Cambridge.

It was England's first residential college for women, established in 1869.

Dodd Group, working with Mansell Construction, have completed a sympathetic new build 50 bed student accommodation which compliments the magnificent Victorian building.

Dodd Group were also involved in the refurbishment of the swimming pool and squash courts and the total refurbishment of the plantroom in Orchard Wing, which incorporated  the extensive processes of renewable energy systems through both photovoltaic and ground source heat pump.
