Somerleyton Road Project is a majormixed-use regeneration scheme, and combines building a purpose built theatre,cultural, creative and community facilities with over 300 homes.
Dodd Group was contracted to providehigh performing and high specification systems for the mechanical andelectrical services.
Within Block B there are two theatres and dance studios,including performance spaces, within Block A there are modern office spacesmaking the most of original character building.
The project is the Winner for the NewLondon Awards Housing (2016), shortlisted for the Housing Design Awards (2016)& Finalist in the New London Awards Masterplan (2015).
This Project is expected to Complete:December 2021.
