Life Saving Action

Thanks to the fast thinking and decisive actions of 20 year Chris Spencer, a man's life may well have been saved in Stockport. Whist assisting a Stockport Homes engineer, Chris realised that he was in trouble, exhibiting chest pains, a headache and tingling in his arm. Chris, a Dodd Group Apprentice gas engineer, immediately raised the alarm and called for an ambulance. He also had the presence of mind to call the man's employers.

The patient had suffered from a heart attack but Chris's intervention means that the outcome is much more positive that it might well have been and he is currently recovering.

As a token of it's appreciation, the Stockport Homes FM team has thanked Chris for the swift and responsible manner in which he dealt with the incident and has presented him with a gift.
