This project involves the repurposing of and office building into a Community Diagnostic Hub and Renal Unit.

The works comprise the minor strip out works on the Ground, First and Second Floors. The Ground floor will be fitted out to provide an element of the Renal Unit and the new Community Diagnostic Hub. Part of the works on this floor involve the provision of a new MRI and CT Suite.

The works to the first and second floor will involve the fit out to provide the new Renal facilities and the provision of a new electrical supply to ensure sufficient power to service the new facility including the MRI/CT facility.

The Trust has appointed a Dodd Group to develop the design then moving into the construction phase of the project.
