Our Corporate Social Responsibility efforts focus on achieving positive and sustainable outcomes in the communities where we operate.
We are committed to training and believe passionately that we have an obligation to provide future generations with the opportunity to join our industry through apprenticeships and work placements.
We are a BITC Business Class partner having established and maintained relationships with local schools and academies in areas where we operate.
Our HR Manager is an accredited STEM Ambassador for the Company, working to engage more female interest in building services. This investment ensures that there is an on-going supply of skilled operatives for Dodd Group activities and that there are opportunities for young people from the communities we serve.
Dodd Group supports a number of national and local charities with both resource and funds. Our national charity partner the next two years is Rethinking Mental Illness. We will be raising funds for them through events up and down the country and will also be working with them to promote mental health awareness amongst our workforce.
