Dodd Group is delighted to have promoted three of its operational team in an internal restructure to meet the demands of its on-going success and ambitions for continued growth.

With several major new projects and frameworks secured the three projects division directors have been promoted to the role of Managing Director for their respective regions or sectors.

Adrian Cobb will be taking up the reigns of Managing Director, Defence Services

Damion Pidgeon will be promoted to Regional Managing Director – Eastern Projects

Mark Davies will be promoted to Regional Managing Director - Central and Wales Projects

Congratulating the three new Divisional Managing Directors, John Kavanagh, Group Managing Director, commented "We have some exciting opportunities ahead within our Projects Division and so it is with great pleasure that I have created these roles to accommodate our growth. It is testimony to Dodd Group's family culture that all three are all long serving members of the Dodd Group team: between them they have amassed over 80 years of continuous service with the company. They now join Matt Lewis, Managing Director – Property Care on our operational leadership team to help take the business forward into this exciting phase"
