We are delighted to have secured a new repair and maintenance contract with Sandwell Council through UDBS‎ on their non-housing properties. Matthew Lewis, Managing Director of our Property Services division, commented: "It is fantastic to have the opportunity to continue our excellent relationship with Sandwell Council. We employ over 100 members of staff at our divisional is headquarters in Smethwick so it's particularly pleasing for them to have re-secured work on their own doorstep. Our new contract also provides continuity for the 4 apprentices that we have employed to work on Sandwell's properties."

Dodd Group has been providing maintenance services to Sandwell MBC since 2015 and during this time we have been able to add considerable value to the local community including supporting the fund raising activities of local schools and charities such as Grove Vale Primary School and Murray Hall Food Pantry.
