A new 8,000 sq m research and development facility at Culham Science Centre in South Oxfordshire for UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) as part of a major regeneration programme.

Air source heat pumps provide heating and cooling to the building via a VRF system comprising of high-level fan coil units working together with the ventilation systems.

M&E systems have all been designed in 3D using Revit to a BIM level 2 standard. Furthermore, Dodd Group have facilitated the bespoke requirements of the client for their asset management and completed rigorous clash detection workshops.
