With an unrivalled reputation within the building services sector we offer a comprehensive electrical and mechanical design, installation and maintenance service across many sectors The role: We now have an opportunity for an industry qualified Mechanical Project Manager (Building Services), based on a project on Nottingham running their own jobs from the estimating stage to completion. This position would suit someone from a mechanical building services background with previous experience working as a project engineer/project manager Our projects range from £250,000 up to 13 million in value Some background/knowledge / understanding of design would be useful, but is not essential. As our mechanical project manager, your role will be expected to manage and deliver your own projects, with local support and splitting your time between working from our office in Northampton and attending site. You will have a strong background in all aspects of mechanical services, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, pipework, and ducting. You will be confident taking financial control of your projects and you will be comfortable with managing staff on site, sub contractors and agency staff along with developing strong working relationships with clients.
